PTC Alliance And Beaver Falls, PA Union Reach Early Labor Agreement

Beaver Falls, PA – March 9, 2018 – Union employees at PTC Alliance’s Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania plant have approved a new 3-year labor contract. The agreement was ratified on March 8, more than two (2) months prior to the expiration of the current agreement.

“We are grateful to the members of the Union bargaining committee for their efforts during negotiations that helped both parties to achieve this mutually beneficial agreement months before the current contract expired”, said Brian Drennan, Vice President of Operations. “Collectively, both parties worked diligently to make this happen recognizing that getting an early contract was advantageous to both parties”, continued Drennan.

The Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania plant employs about 60 workers who are represented by the United Steelworkers of America.

The Company’s major customers include steel service centers, automotive and truck manufacturers, construction and agricultural equipment OEMs. The Company’s other plants are in Alliance, OH; Fairbury, IL; Richmond, IN; Chicago Heights, IL; Hannibal, MO; and Darlington, PA.
