Skiving and Roller Burnished
The application of Skiving and Roller Burnishing is typically used for Fluid Power Applications. This operation provides and exceptionally smooth ID surface finish. Managing this process internally, PTC Alliance is able to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
ID Surface Finish: 4 to 8 Ra Microns
Finish Sizes: 1.500” ID – 7.840” OD
ID Tolerance Capabilities: Standard .003” & H8 Tolerance
Length Capabilities: 6” (inches) to 22’ (feet) – 7 Meters
Cutting
PTC Alliance performs various cutting operations well beyond Standard or Mult-lengths, supplying customers with solutions that provide maximum flexibility. Our cut tubes come conveniently packaged for your desired needs.

Welding
Our robotic welders have multiple configurations for various types of welding operations. The machines can be programed to perform multiple operations including but not limited to welding flanges, lugs, oil ports and more.
Cylinder Tapping
PTC Alliance has a very unique operation that taps hydraulic cylinders for mounting. This can be performed on any tube to meet your specifications.
